Shipping

We are dedicated to delivering your items to your doorstep in a timely and efficient manner. Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare and ship it within 1-2 business days. We offer both domestic and international shipping options to accommodate our valued customers worldwide.

Domestic Shipping (within the European Union)

For orders within Germany, we offer Free Shipping, ensuring a swift and secure delivery with our trusted local carriers. Orders within the European Union are also eligible for Free Shipping on spends over €150. Once your order is dispatched, expect it to arrive within 2-4 business days. We provide tracking information, so you can easily monitor your shipment’s progress from dispatch to delivery.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we collaborate with reputable global logistics providers to ensure reliable shipping across borders. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 4-8 business days. We are also pleased to offer free shipping on orders on orders  starting at €300. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your purchase from Atelier Mizuni. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns. Please contact our dedicated support team at support@ateliermizuni.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Include the original order invoice or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund process promptly.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

We recommend you opt for a shipment method that enables tracking. Atelier Mizuni will not be responsible for the loss of a returned parcel.
